SHIPPING + RETURN POLICIES

Shipping Policy:

Orders are typically shipped within 3-7 business days unless otherwise noted. Some products have shorter shelf lives than others, and most products are made-to-order. Please allow 3-5 business days for these to be made, before heading out to be packaged + shipped. Please be patient with us! You will receive an email once your order has been shipped, with tracking information included.

Return Policy: (within 30 days)

-If you experience a negative reaction to any of our products, we will be happy to issue a refund, or exchange for another product of your choice.

-If a product is damaged beyond use in transit (i.e. broken + leaking), or has a malfunctioning part (sprayer, dropper, pump, lid etc.) we will happily send a replacement.
